1. Service Agreement
By engaging Vivid Assist’s services, clients agree to the terms outlined herein. Services are provided as described in the selected plan (Executive Essentials, Growth Accelerator, or Visionary Partner) and confirmed via a signed contract.
2. Payment Terms
- Upfront Payment: Full payment is required prior to service commencement for one-time or retainer-based engagements.
- Retainer Commitment: Retainer plans require a minimum 3-month commitment, with monthly payments due upfront.
- Hourly Allocation: Executive Essentials includes 20 hours/month, Growth Accelerator includes 40 hours/month, and Visionary Partner includes up to 80 hours/month.
- Overage Fees: Additional hours beyond the allocated plan are charged at $100/hour, invoiced monthly.
- Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via Stripe or PayPal. Invoices are issued 7 days prior to the billing cycle.
- Refunds: A 7-day refund period is offered from the start of services, subject to review. No refunds are issued for unused hours after this period.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel retainer agreements with 30 days’ written notice after the minimum 3-month commitment. No refunds are provided for unused hours. One-time services are non-cancelable once payment is received.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information to facilitate service delivery.
- Respond to communications within 48 hours to ensure project progress.
- Grant necessary access to tools (e.g., CRM, social media accounts) as agreed.
5. Service Scope
Services are limited to those outlined in the client’s selected plan. Additional tasks or projects outside the scope require a separate agreement and may incur overage fees.
6. Confidentiality
Vivid Assist maintains strict confidentiality of all client data and will not disclose sensitive information without consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vivid Assist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Services are provided “as is,” with no warranties beyond those expressly stated.
